Gajrela

Nothing feels quite as satisfying as digging into a bowl of warm Gajrela, while it rains outside. There is something inexplicably pleasurable about enjoying this dessert after any spicy meal. It is made with freshly made cream, milk and freshly chopped carrot, sugar and some sliced pistachio on top of it.
